Mismatch between Rebug REX Cobra 8.01 in repository and in firmware.

I was trying to diagnose the cause of a brick that occurred when updating cobra to 8.30 on Rebug REX and I realized the md5 sums of Cobra 8.01 in the Rebug REX/D-REX firmware don't match what's in the repo. What's different between the versions?

Which version did you use? Rebug 4.84?
