Hello dear EVILNAT!

First I want to thank you for everything you have done for the PS3 scene. Secondly, I want to offer you my version of the Russian translation of PKG Manager and CFW Tools for your CFW firmware. Soon you will release firmware CFW 4.89.2, I hope that my translation will be useful to you when assembling a new firmware.
