@MegaArman I made a mistake with the path in userpatches which I corrected above. tl;dr: The config simply needs to be copied to userpatches. No sub-folders.
I assume mantic shouldn't have been abandoned just yet. It is still supported upstream until July 2024

I'd vote for removing eos userspaces from framework, at least disable the code necessary to show them even in `EXPERT` mode. Restoring apt repo for those is possible too but...
