href routing at k-kaufmann page fixed and competition page form render and validation

The site was not routing back to index.html when clicked on Hacktober link, there was issue with href routing. Fixed now!

Hey @infy815 , sorry but there are too many merge conflicts for me to merge right now. Can you rebase, fix the conflicts yoruself, and resubmit the PR?
