how to edit label.txt in ppocrlabel tool

how to edit label.txt in ppocrlabel tool..

I dont find any option to load the label.txt

When you save ocr results in PPOCRLabel(menu - FIle - Export label), the text and box location information will be saved in label.txt automatically, so you don't have to edit the label.txt directly.

That's understood.but if I need to review and edit the annotations later..is it possible from the tool?
