alternative display options for plans

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I think it'd be nice to have multiple display options for logical/physical plans

some options that come to mind

• graphviz
• mermaid
• json

df.explain(show_all = True, format = 'text') # default
df.explain(show_all = True, format = 'graphviz')
df.explain(show_all = True, format = 'json')
df.explain(show_all = True, format = 'mermaid')

Describe alternatives you've considered there is no way to walk the plans in python, so there is no viable alternative.

I'd love to have one that would give us really nice views in HTML so we can leverage it in notebooks!!

i think both graphviz and mermaid are supported in jupyter
