Add New Like This for metadata should target $$$

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If you browse to a streams metadata and hit "Add New Like This" the Stream Id is for the original stream, rather than the metadata.

Describe the solution you'd like When you hit "Add New Like This" from the metadata view, the Stream id should be the metadata stream ($$$myStream)

Describe alternatives you've considered I just manually change the stream name.

And could the metadata textbox in the "Add New Like This" get prepulated with {}?
