Centralized Config handling: Show the effective config from the UI

Show the effective config from the UI. Add an http endpoint to obtain this.

We need to review what is ok to show and what isn't, possibly with a separate set for sensitive configuration

If we do this we might also want to consider making it an opt-in option as not everybody would want it visible
