RuntimeError:CUDA out of memory

When i train the model with my dataset, it happens "RuntimeError:CUDA out of memory", i try some solutions but all can't work, my gpu is 16G memory. What can i do for this?

I train on a GPU with 32G memory, out of memory, maybe we should cut the data to many short clip

May I ask how to solve the problem of insufficient memory? Mine also has 16GB of memory
