https://github.com/pallets/flask has 66k starts as today (2024-03-20)  Doesn't qualify for the overall, but it should be in position 13th in the python top 100 list, and it's not.

utcnow method is deprecated since version 3.12. Using datetime.now() with timezone.utc instead.
