Allow ender dragon to drop non-vanilla head

I can't seem to get the ender Dragon to drop the custom head. I have prefer-vanilla-heads: false and other mobs like creepers drop the non vanilla head

Huh, does it drop the vanilla head currently, or no head at all? I haven't put much thought toward the Ender Dragon, because normally the drop chance for it is 0% because people can get it from end ships

it drops the vanilla head correctly. I also don't remember adding the head chance in config, but I may have when I was setting it up.

Sorry for my late reply - I tested this again and it seems to be working as expected (dropping the custom head when prefer-vanilla-heads: false):

Can you confirm you are still having this issue, and if so perhaps share full config settings?
