Trouble with some menu options after DLC

Hey Eusth. Great work and I get the feeling you might already be aware of these issues.

After the latest DLC there are two issues happening: First there are multiple voices running during H-scenes. I saw your untested patch in another thread and will take a look at that for fixing it.

Second issue: After DLC installation many menu's cause the game to lose 'focus' on the desktop, so you can't interact with the buttons. I've found that choosing the second guy while back in your room does this, as well as some of the 'finish' options in H-scenes.
