pushViewController corrupts the views in the sample app

Hi Martin, I modified the imageRow for a WebImageRow framework so that I can have two images in a Row that we can populate from the photo library. However if the form view is pushed atop the root view, then when setting the photo, the image gets corrupted and the whole view displays the selected photo! Can you please have a look to see if the issue is with the base FormViewController?
