Hello @Euphrasiologist , I hope all is well with you! Thank you so much for building out this bioinformatics plugin. I have been playing around with it and I updated the plugin to Nushell 0.104.0 and to the newest version of noodles in my fork. Since this hasn't been worked on for some years now, do you mind if I make a copy of this -- with of course crediting you -- add a MIT license, and continue working on improving the plugin based on what you envisioned for the project? I also wanted to add more formats, and I'm working on fixing the SAM/BAM parsing since it has changed with the newest version. Additionally, I plan on looking into speeding up the parsing using polars or building an arrow plugin. What do you think of this?
