Only runs under one user

When running MoveToDesktop as an admin user (As suggested) i am unabel to move windows started as my no-admin user. I can't start two seperate MoveToDesktop as the two different users, because it says it is already running when i try to launch it with the second user.

One point of me using this is to move the elevated applications to a seperate desktop.
