Mouse pointer can move into disabled monitor's area
Under most conditions the mouse pointer properly catches on the border between my main screen and the external display, and cannot enter. But if I move my mouse quickly towards that border, it seems I can 'jump' that border, and the mouse pointer disappears into the region of the external display. I've just confirmed that the mouse pointer is then visible on the black screen of that display. I'm using OS X 10.9.5 on an iMac with a magic mouse, should that be of any importance.
I am facing the same issue as fritz-c. I am running OSX 10.10.3. Looks like the monitor is getting some input like its a partial disable so when forced to move the mouse pointer to the disabled monitor the mouse pointer moves and shows up, other than that couldn't drag or move any windows.
I also have experienced this just now. OS X 10.10.3 and running DisableMonitor 1.9. I shined a flashlight around the screen to confirm that no pixels were being pushed on the laptop monitor and confirmed that just mouse pointer was being displayed.
I am using DM 1.92 on a mbp late 2011, OS X 10.9.5. I experienced the same issue as described by fritz-c. Fortunately, playing around with the mouse on one of the corners (pushing it hard against the border) let it jump back from the deactivated to the activated screen. You could add a hotkey, so that one can reactivate a screen by pressing keys without having to use the mouse/screen (e.g. cmd+shift+1 for screen 1 or something like that). This would make it easier for the moment.

On macOS Sierra happens the same. I can move the mouse on a disabled monitor. It's interesting that it only moves when the speed of mouse is higher than normal, though still a bug ?
Thanks.
