Open pre-defined group of tabs on startup and start the sessions within those tabs

Since apparently this is not possible at present I will request it. I know you can restore terminal tabs on app start (under the Terminal settings) but what I would really like to be able to do is open a specific group of profiles at every startup. One a local terminal window, and the rest to different servers I want to keep an eye on.

The other issue with restoring the terminal tabs on app start is they do not seem to actually open the connection until you click on the tab, and I need them to open the connection immediately at startup, not wait for me to come into Tabby and click on each tab individually. So I would like to have that option for the tabs in the startup group.

Just restoring the tabs that were open the last time Tabby was up is not really the solution because sometimes I have opened additional tabs that I don't want reopened, or I may have closed tabs that I do want reopened, and I may not think about that before closing Tabby (or rebooting the system or whatever).
