Missing SFTP, Port pannel

Hello, I've problem with missing panel with SFTP and Port forwarding options, I cannot find any option to turn it back

Is there any available plugin to bring this panel back?

Are you actually connected with an SSH profile? Those things don't work if you just run ssh xyz locally.
