cmd env var not refreshed

choco install mpv mpv

results in no command found

closing tab and reopening doesn't help

only closing and reopening tabby causes the path to be refreshed and mpv command found

I concur. As a developer I make changes to my env and would much prefer not to have to nuke ALL terminals just to get a new one refreshed.
