Color Scheme and bashrc

I've installed Tabby in my ElementaryOS Hera (Ubuntu 20.04 based) I set a color scheme but it does not work, it only changes background/font color

I've noticed that executing this command in the actual terminal: source ~/.bashrc makes color scheme work fine

Is there any way to set tabby run this command on each terminal at startup? Or maybe another workaround...
