Cannot install on Windows 11 Pro

Describe the problem: I have just downloaded tabby-1.0.196-setup-x64 on a Windows 11 Pro. When I double-click it, I stare at the hourglass for some seconds, then the hourglass disappears and nothing happens.

I do not think this is expected behaviour.

has same issue. the install dir just has uninstall.exe file.
