Tabby Removes Colon in HTTP Links

Open OluwaninsolaAO opened this issue 1 year ago • 0 comments

Describe the problem: I've been using version 1.0.196 of the Tabby to follow links from the terminal, but I've noticed that it messes up the links by removing the colon in http://. For example, when I try to follow a link like http://example.com, the software changes it to http//example.com, which obviously leads to a broken link.

This issue seems specific to version 1.0.196, as I did not encounter this problem with earlier versions. I'm unsure what's causing this behaviour, but it's quite frustrating as it prevents me from using the software to its full potential.

I would appreciate it if the developers could take a look at this issue and provide a fix. It would be great if the software could properly handle links with http:// so I can use it without any issues.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

To Reproduce:

Follow any HTTP link from the terminal.
