Not able to change color scheme

Describe the problem: I am not able to change the color scheme.

I also notice the color scheme doesn't change for me. I would love to see this feature, as the default just doesn't have enough contrast.

Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS 64 bit Installed using the .deb for linux-x64 from version 1.0.188 Also, the vault login opens every time I do anything now, and it used to just ask me on first open of the application, but I can live with that.
