Line Send Delay For Pasting Text

When Pasting large swaths of text configurations into Cisco network devices - the devices freeze when they get too much text at once via SSH.

I'd like an option to add a range of delay in milliseconds

My alternative is to use SecureCRT which has this feature, or to craft a script that adds delay.
