Try to remove Term=cygwin and add WT_SESSION=0 in Profiles&connections-Powershell-Environment , it works for me with neovim.

I've added a new 'terminal identification' option in Settings -> Profiles -> Advanced that will change whether Tabby presents itself as Cygwin or Windows Terminal in built-in profiles (except real Cygwin and clink/cmd)
