Describe the solution you'd like

Request this feature to allow privilge file access without direct root login.

By use 'sudo' on login, before file transfer session start, it would be possible to login as non-root user but have root file access. Tested with existed feature "login script" As expected, not work for this issue.

Some sftp clients have this feature, e.g. wincsp, xftp.

WinCSP also has a webpage about this. It's also open source.

Additional context

I think it's am useful feature. Because it may be common that we want to disable root login and login as an altenative mangement account with sudo accesss However, we may need privilge file access for sometime.

it's a useful feature. I am having the same issue, I would like to login sftp with sudo on login.
