Can confirm, this Problem seems to occure only in Windows 11. I upgraded to Windows 11 from 10 and got this problem too.

"FIx" which is not a Fix: If I disable the Transparancy Effect in Windows, everything is working. But its not so pretty.

Still happening when "Acrylic background" is set to active For me the temporary solution is to disable the acrylic background setting and just play with opacity slider, it's still "transparent" but not that pretty
