Win variables in yaml config

Hello! Tabby doesn't respect Win variables in yaml config, %userprofile%, for example, it means alot for portability. Maybe there is a workaround for that? Thank you!

It's useful to support Win variables, when I want to share the config to other group member.

or, perhaps, to specify locations like icons too?

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Programs\Tabby\resources\builtin-plugins\tabby-local\src\icons\vs2022.svg
