First time quirks
Describe the problem:
Tabby has some strange quirks out of the box.
- The standard macOS hotkey to attempt closing application windows,
Command+W, is ignored. - Closing tabs is slow.
Update:
Close the window after closing the last tab fixes part of the problem but leaves plenty of other gaps. This option is strangely disabled by default. When enabled, it doesn't close Tabby application windows whose sole remaining tab is the Settings tab.
The conventional macOS hotkey to close the window regardless of how many tabs are open, Ctrl+Shift+W, is ignored.
The conventional macOS hotkeys to navigate between tabs, Command+], Command+[, are ignored.
When creating a new window, Tabby fails to do the intuitive thing and open a terminal. You're a terminal emulator. You open terminals. Stop mucking about.
