Cannot install v1.0.218 exe on Windows 11, Microsoft Defender blocked it

Describe the problem: Try to install on windows 11 but MS defender blocked it (deceptive program) Findings (both may not be the root cause)

  1. One of the virus scanning vendor flagged as virus (NANO-Antivirus) https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/e8988dbae122b804256431da3531404733d78da3a44c18abb05f99e9cac45a36
  2. The signer of the exe file seems to be changed compared with v1.0.213
