@oom- it's not possible through the UI yet, but you can edit a specific pane's command through Settings -> Config file.
@Daemoen the ssh2 implementation is confusing indeed - it's using a bundled binary called `pagent.exe` (note spelling) to communicate with Pageant. It's then looking for Pageant based on Win32 window...
Added the `gpg-agent.exe` check - let me know if it works.
Currently, only UTF-8 is supported. Are non-UTF encodings really widely used for SSH in China?

It's currently blocked on https://github.com/xtermjs/xterm.js/issues/1852 as there's no way to add custom highlighting to xterm.js short of hacking the session output to colorize it manually. I'm happy to support it...
Re no. 2: this option already exists in Settings -> Terminal, although I presume it would have been easier to find with a search field ;)
Immediately after a config is saved, there should be a `config.yaml.backup` in the same folder with the previous contents (this only works if you notice the config is gone immediately...
