Create standalone executable or installation image for this

Running this is a pain in the ass, especially because of what java has done with JavaFX. Just to run and View my data, I need to install java from the correct vendor and version. What if someone already has a version of java install, and doesn't want to install another version due to some reason. This should be packaged as standalone runnable. That will make it very easy to use. There are libraries available, which are designed to make installables pf JavaFX application, which contains all the java binaries in itself too.
