Universal Filter feature

A universal filter that applies to all feeds in my dock would be nice.. So we don't have to set separate filters for each feed. And separate individual filters will further filter the feeds that's already passed by Universal filter.

Indeed, it could be great. I don't know if it will be easily improved, so I have absolutely no ETA :/

duplicate issue.

yes a global filter is more important than a per feed filter. the latter should be secondary.
