Add starred items export and reset features

Two additional features accessible via options menu in favorites (starred items) home activity:

  • basic export of all the starred items as one html digest file to downloads directory, sorted by date (menu item "export to HTML")
  • reset of starred list after confirmation (menu item "reset starred list")

Very basic implementation so far, but usable. See also Issue #175.
