Add dependency and mod compass block

I added SWIG as a listed dependency and modified the compass block to allow for more than one input resulting in multiple needles.

Is there a reason behind requiring that version of SWIG, plus I think SWIG is already a dependency of GNU-Radio?

I am not sure the version matters, but after installation, I was required to install SWIG even though I already had GNU Radio.
