Vault won't open

I had to reinstall Windows 10, and reinstalled Titan Quest Anniversary Edition Eternal Embers, I have tried all available Vault from 2.7 and up, with the original Titan Quest - Immortal Throne. None of them would open all gave me various errors. The vault won't even open if I don't have a TQVaultData in my save directory. I have included an error page. Screenshot 2022-11-12 010220 Claude
