Should README specify which version various projects are using?

We currently list a lot of projects which use to Contributor Covenant. However, many of them are on previous versions, or have adapted their code of conduct based on the Contributor Covenant. Should we break the list apart based on version adopted?

Seconded. Scripting out periodic discovery/update shouldn't be too difficult in nearly all cases, either.
