please add target="_blank" to the <a> tag

I find it inconvenient that I have to right click to a link so I can open a provided link in a new tab. It will be great if I can open it in a new tab directly.

Please don't forget to add rel="noopener noreferrer" if you do. This will guard against a vulnerability.
