Creating a full-fledged cryptocurrency exchanger Callisto in a Telegram.
Description
The exchanger will act as a guarantor of the conclusion of the transaction between the exchange participants. The exchanger will work in semi automatic mode. Participants in the exchange will be able to choose the exchange method, put forward their offers for the exchange at a convenient rate. As soon as the buyer and the seller agree to exchange the bot will bring them together to complete the transaction. Advantages of the bot: 1) anonymity 2) simplicity and convenience 3) minimum costs and commissions 4) additional liquidity provision for the course 5) increase in demand Callisto 6) addition of fiat exchange 7) decentralization of exchange.

Funding goal
To create a full-fledged exchanger bot, I need to pay a programmer ($ 500 ~ 500,000 CLO) and pay me for implementing the idea and putting it into operation ($ 500 ~ 500,000 CLO). Payment in installments is possible.
The idea sounds good, question, all data will be stored in blockchain? Or some info will be stored off-chain?
I think that its impossible to store all the data on-chain. I even think that what is described in this proposal will not rely on any on-chain contracts at all. Just a telegram bot or something like this.

See how the bot works in the telegram @BIP_banker_bot I suggest doing the same in Callisto. And it would be even better to combine CLO_banker_bot and CLO_tip_bop for even more convenience of the exchanger.
What about liquidity? Sellers would be easy to find but buyers would be rare. ChangeNOW rep has focused on this very issue in telegram. On the practicality it would be nice to integrate with tip bot as that is already functioning well. edit: I saw on BIP banker the commission is 1%. That’s extremely high compared to finex.
At the first stage, the entire payment for promoting my idea went into liquidity, which is $ 500.

Any bot needs Resources (RPC nodes, VPS fees). Who will pay for it if no fee? And if bot works in semi-automatic - who will be responsible for exchange processing?
With the developments in the market especially liquidity improving on Finex and the new proposals being considered worth re-looking at this proposal.
