Add configurable texture compression variants in studio
We should be able to configure different ktx2 compression settings for each texture variant. This is especially important for correctly compressing normal maps.
Specifically to be added to the model transform toolkit on model components in ModelNodeEditor.tsx
We should be able to specify a source (uncompressed) texture, along with derived compressed texture variants that are automatically updated when the source texture changes.
