Navbar scrolls when on mobile mode

Now that the navbar has been modified to a sidebar, the background does not remain still and scrolls. It should remain in a fixed position.

It was determined that this issue only occurs for older phones that are outdated. This issue may be closed.

Consider using svh.

The reason for the bug we see from the video is due to the mobile browser's search bar appearing and disappearing. svh seems to fix this.
