Only show discord handles for semesters past Spring 2024

What happened?

Last year, I added the feature of displaying discord usernames below each officer's profile in case anyone wants to reach out. However, I have only added this to Fall 2024 & Spring 2025 Board. The issue is that if someone has been a part of board this past year + prior semesters, their discord handle will appear which makes profiles inconsistent. Please look at reference below. We should only display discord usernames from Fall 2024 and onwards.
