[BUG maybe?]can't edit pals that are working in the base

i can only edit pals in my pack or in the palbox

Ditto, came here from Nexus to report this issue showed up in v0.7, aside from that love the new version.

This is deliberate. It's because with the new PalWorld version they changed the save file structure
