Locomotive GUI fights with Not Enough Items

NEI renders over the locomotive inventory rather than around it, as seen in the screenshot 2018-08-10_12 28 28

As far I recall those mods orientate on the GUI size, ~~which may be passed 0/smaller in TiM~~. :thinking:

gui size is inherent from the game, as for fighting with NEI, press O. I have yet to find a way to disable NEI showing on the menu aside from extending the core GUI class and re-creating the several hundred lines of GuiContainer code.
