Configureable fluid production amounts in the still

Would it be possible to have configurable ratios for the still? One sugar cane into 1 bucket of diesel is a little excessive for the pack I'm doing so an entry in the config file would be nice.

This will be a feature in the rewrite, as for the port, I'll see if the systems will take a modifier without too much trouble.
