Whenever I open agenda view, it scrolls back a year.

usin etar build version 1.0.23 on android 9 (edit: this is wrong I use android 10)

I normally open the calendar in month view. But when I click on a day, It opens into agenda view (which is what I want). But then the agenda view starts to rapidly scroll upward until it reaches a day in 2020. This scrolling processes takes ~5-10 seconds of waiting (I usually have 10+ events a day), and If I click the "today" button during the scroll process it takes me to today, then starts to scroll back again. But, once that day in 2020 is reched, I can click "today" and go to where I am supposed to be.

I am not sure why this keeps happening, but it is pretty annoying to have to wait 5-10 seconds just to use agenda view. What day it scrolls back to seems to depend on what calendar I have activitated, but its always a random day in 2020 (which is when I bought the tablet).

I updated to version 1.0.25 a few days ago and yes, the problem persists. if I open the calendar in month view, then click on a day to go to agenda view, it scrolls be back to some day in 2020. To provide more information, I am using a samsung galaxy tab A SM-T290 running android 10. It is air-gaped and syncs to a local server that does not connect to the internet. That is to say, my tablet connects via wifi to a raspberry pi, but the pi is not connected to the internet, it just broadcasts a wifi signal and my tablet connects to it so I can do file syncing with syncthing and DecSyncCC

I am encountering the same behavior (agenda view scrolling back to the 1990s - birthdays mostly) on one of my devices (Samsung S5e), but not the other (Pixel 4a 5G).

Both are on LineageOS 18.1 with the current Play Store versions of Etar and DAVx and the same calendars / accounts synchronized.

Clearing the cache on the S5e did not help. Anything else I might try or provide as further information?

Some further observations / remarks:

• both mstyp and I are experiencing this on a tablet (both Samsung, but at least mine is not running stock ROM, but LineageOS)
• "deactivating" (I.e. not showing) calendars in day or week view reduces the scrolling (if I activate only one calendar by turn, the earliest agenda view scrolls back to is May 2021)
• which event is the agenda view supposed to show (on the right hand side) when switching from e.g. week view? (Depending on the activated calendar(s), events from June or July, for example, are shown... It seems to be the date of this event (or, in case of recurring events, an earlier - but not necessarily the earliest - occurrence) that agenda view scrolls back to...)
• when switching to agenda view, the right hand side sometimes shows a different event than the one marked (with an arrow head) on the left hand side
• switching back from agenda view to week view, the main calendar shows the week of the event previously active in agenda view. The small calendar showing a full month (below or to the right of the weekly calendar), however, sometimes shows a different (earlier or later) month.

I recently updated to build v 1.0.29, and the issue of "infante scroll to random event in 2020" is persisting.
