[Feature Request]响应式WEBUI

功能改进

目前的WEBUI已经支持搜索和管理功能了，但是操作起来似乎只适配了PC端，对移动端并不友好，希望可以适配移动端的UI以方便用户通过移动端设备添加/管理番剧
