Update Android SDK from 1.0.3 to 1.0.5

Hello, Could you update the Binding to 1.0.5 ? 1.0.3 does not work with Android 10. (cf. https://github.com/Estimote/Xamarin-Bindings/issues/26) Best regards, Matthieu

Just an FYI.

Using a combination of WSL and cmd.exe I was able to use the download_jars.sh in the Estimote.Xamarin.Proximity/Scripts directory and modify the gradle file to use 1.05 and all the steps completed without errors.

Then I was able to rebuild the Xamarin.Proximity dll in the .sln. I have not tested our app yet.

So there is hope!
