Can't remove the shortcut for this extension only

When I try and remove the shortcut for this extension, it does not get removed. Because, when I close and re-open the Chrome extension shortcuts page at chrome://extensions/shortcuts, the shortcut is re-added to this extension, even after I clicked on the x to remove it (and it appears to be removed, until I close and re-open the shortcuts page to confirm the removal). This only happens with this extension; I can successfully remove shortcuts from other extensions.

Were you able to figure this out? I am unable to see 'x' mark on windows at all.
