List of Offline Players

Feature description

Add a multi-page list of all offline players who have joined the server. Include their username, UUID, and optionally their IP address.

How the feature is useful

This feature allows server owners to easily see who has joined their server. This is useful for server management because it shows users who may not supposed to be there (griefers, etc.) while also being useful for tracking the total number of players who have joined the server. This data is already available in Bukkit.getOfflinePlayers, so it shouldn’t be too hard to execute.
